How to Request a Refund

Upon receiving your request, we will promptly review and resolve your concern in accordance with our revision policy. If we are unable to resolve the issue, our refund department will send you an email approving the refund.
Please note that upon refund, all design & content rights will be transferred to OptimusResumes. As a result, you agree that you will not display any version of the project provided by our company. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no direct or indirect right to use the response or any other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in them.
OptimusResumes works in collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies and will share Copyright Acquisition information for refunded projects. This measure ensures that the projects cannot be reused as original work in the future.

At OptimusResumes, we ensure that all order files are promptly delivered to your designated email address. It is important to note that our revision and refund policies are based on the date and time of the design order delivery communicated through written or verbal means, such as email, text, or phone calls.
To ensure timely delivery, we aim to provide all orders via email within 5 to 7 days from the receipt of your order. For those who require expedited service, we offer a RUSH DELIVERY option. By paying an additional fee of $100, you can receive your initial samples within 48 hours. If you require any further assistance, our Customer Support Center is available to help you.
